This book is about 'fugu'.
I have never ate fugu.
Because I'm afraid of poison !!!!!!
But this book taught me how to get rid of poison.
That's way is go to Matsumoto which is japanese restaurant.
Chef Hayashi has license and he has been cooked for 53 years.
So I think he is professional.
I want to go to Asakusa and try to eating fugu someday :)
