summer challenges

My summer challenge was
1. Loose 5kg
2. Don't eat snack food and ice cream
3. Reading book on one day
About 1
I could loose 2kg now.
But I could not -5kg.
I think I have to sport not only uraja but also running.
About 2
I tried hard this.
I don't eat snack food!!!!!!!!!!
....B..u...t...I ate ice cream...omg
Oh. I drink juice every time.
However I changed juice to water and vegetable or flesh juice.
So I don't get a sick during this summer vacation.
I think this challange is very effective.
About 3
I forgot this challenge.sorryyyyyyyyy.
But I don't never give up.
Because I think summer vacation is until September 27th.
I have 7 days. So I'll do my best.

    2KG is a good start, but I don;t know why you need to, you don't look overweight.
